We are pleased to announce the publication and sale of the Lake Youngs Community Cookbook starting on December 1st until December 14th. 200 copies will be sold during this time either online or via order form. 100 copies will be sold in person at our Family Bingo and Holiday Bazar on Thursday, December 15th.

A flyer with a paper order form will be sent home by Wednesday, November 30th allowing parents to pay by cash or check.

The Community Cookbook has over 140 recipes from families, staff, and teachers at Lake Youngs. It is a labor of love created by Renee Lute, parent of 3 children at Lake Youngs, to help foster a sense of community and share the unique cultures that make up our school and local community. Portions of the books' proceeds will go towards the Lake Youngs' PTSA and this year's Big Toy Campaign to replace one of the school's playgrounds.

Cookbooks will be distributed to students on Friday, December 16th and there will be a pick-up distribution from 3:55pm to 4:30pm. Please contact execboard@lakeyoungsptsa.org with any concerns regarding pickup.
