We need about 30 volunteers to work at various jobs during the auction — some are small jobs, some last most of the evening. A light dinner and snacks will be provided. Every adult volunteer will get a bid number so you can get in on the bidding action.
· Setup (10:00 am – 2:00 pm): Help transport auction items to the country club; setup silent auction tables and decorations.
· Registration (5:00 pm – 6:00 pm): Check-in guest.
· Silent table closers, filers, recorders, runners, supervisors, spotters, cashier (6:45 – end of evening) Various roles during the evening for the silent and live auction items.
· Clean-up – Help to clean up at the end of the event.
